I did a search today for Altec on my local CL and this ad came up. Couldn't figure out if he's a collector or a flipper--seems like many of these could potentially be pretty pricey items. The list covers a lot of different things but is pretty specific. I just thought it was an interesting wish list (amalgamation)--but maybe it's just me......

Makes sense. Must be quite a store--quite a variety. Not just audio equipment but stuff like: Early Static Electricity Genertors in enclosed Mahogany Cases.
Quack Medical Apparatus, High Voltage devices, Healing Machines, Frankenstein type Apparatus. (No Ultraviolet Wands).
Unusual Early Electric Fans (No GE, Westinghouse, or common brands)
Military Cryptographs and Cipher Machines.
